The Buffalo Bistro is located inside the Winery of the Wichitas in Medicine Park.
Here we do things the old fashion way, from scratch. All of our soups, sauces, Dressings & desserts are hand crafted. Your sandwiches are made to order, when you order and not before. Our gourmet menu is carefully planned by Executive Chef, Anna Banda. Chef Banda is a graduate of the apprentice chef program at the Couch House restaurant. She has a degree in Culinary Arts from Oklahoma State University. Come and be tempted by Anna's wonderful cuisine that graces our menu. You may dine inside or, weather permitting, outside on our spacious deck overlooking Medicine Creek and the town of Medicine Park.
